Let's talk about Event Apps for a moment

First, let's cover some app history:

I was fortunate enough to work for a company willing to adopt technology so I think I was around at the beginning of the app revolution (or close to it in 2013/14).

I was privy to the beginnings of CrowdCompass when Cvent bought them and all of its various bugs and glitches and it simply not working (shoutout to our account managers, Kristen Koenig & Gurpreet Singh for the overtime hours they put in helping us with all those crashes!).

Back then, there was…

Podcast Episode 6: The power in the PAUSE with David Delisle

Episode 6 - David Delisle

In this episode I'm joined by my very good friend, David Delisle, Author of The Golden Quest, Founder of The Awesome Stuff, Investor and dad.

Per usual, this episode runs all over the place but the common thread we pulled out was David's unique way of approaching the world in just approaching it with open, non-seeking curiosity. A common theme that emerged was there's immense power in the PAUSE that comes after creating a joy benchmark.

We covered you Awesome Stuff, seeing …

Episode 5 - Jill Valentine

Oh how my heart loved this conversation with Jill Valentine, founder of UGO Impact!

To be honest, I knew very little about Jill and her mission before this episode which you will hear in my semi-stunned and lost for words voice throughout the conversation as it all landed with me. We dive deep into volunteering and giving back both locally and internationally and everything in between. I'm so passionate about the topic of volunteering and was pleasantly surprised as this con…
