If you know anything about me (maybe you don't and that's okay), you know that I have a deep desire to be surrounded by Powerhouse Women. Maybe that comes from my daily life being surrounded by 3 males (hubs + 2 boys) or maybe it's that it has always been inside of me, being the girly girl, girls girl that I always was growing up.

But there's a dream in me that includes spending inspired, uplifting, educational, magical days and/or weekends with Powerhouse Women in my network.

Yep. Extremely unprepared to send my first kiddo off to Kindergarten this morning.
I don't mean in the physical sense. We did all the things.. got him new clothes, a new backpack, picked up all the things on the school supply list. We were physically ready.
But mentally and emotionally I was wayyyy unprepared for Kindergarten!

So. I learned something about myself this year... in a rough and BIG way. I learned my personality type and let me tell you... It was a H-U-G-E lesson.

Along with the type itself, I learned that I have a fatal flaw... which also happens to be one of my greatest strengths. There are 2 sides to every coin and my personality comes with a shiny and a dark side (I like to think it's mostly left on the shiny side ;) ).

That flaw/strength is CHEERLEADING/a Cheerleader personality type (as Mollie Fagan calls it).
