I love Event Strategy and dreaming up ways to make your event as awesome as possible! Let's hop on the phone for a good, solid hour to talk through all the things in your brain to make sense of it and bring the dreaming to a higher level. We can discuss whatever you want - giveaways, communications, special touches, venues, timing... the sky's the limit here! I often go over and above on these calls because I LOVE the incredible magic the people in my life are creating on a daily basis. We'll get you set to continue on down the path to creating your BEST event, with attendee-first planning and execution.
Virtual VIP Day $997
Want me to yourself for an entire day!? Think of all the communications, dreaming and planning we could get through in a 4-hour session! I would love nothing more than to spend the day with you, strategizing about all of the details of your incredible event! Included in your very special VIP day is a customized feel good Communications Plan, complete with subject lines and send dates so you feel totally prepared for the road ahead. Of course that's not all we'll do but you do get this as a major bonus for your VIP day with me (tap into my zone of genius!).
Customer Journey Concierge $795/mo
While dreaming up a custom service option for a lovely friend, I came up with a service called Customer Journey Concierge. The idea is that I am with you to help you take care of your event attendees over a period of however many months you need me for. Here's what's currently included in the super special introductory price:
* 1-hour consultation to dream up how ELSE we can make this event EXTRAORDINARY for the attendees
* Review of your current registration process to identify what you're currently collecting for information and what might be missing to identify whether we can/need to tweak the current process or if we need to send and track down surveys
* Monitoring registrations (sales)
* Sending [or communicating with the person sending] your pre-event gifts via snail mail
* 1-hour call to craft your CUSTOM Event Communications Plan
* Craft and set up your automated Registration Confirmation email (complete with event details attendees will need to reference as they plan to attend your event)
* Customized Logistical Details email for your attendees to be sent 2-4 weeks before the event
